Ullensaker church is built on the same site as the present church from 1768, which burned in 1952. Inside, the concrete walls are plastered, painted and richly decorated. The painter Alf Rolfsen chose both color and frescos on the walls and ceiling.
The paintings around the chancel arch on the church naves east wall depics the sun and the moon, the dove of the Holy Spirit, the paradisiacal existence, the Fall, the expulsion from Paradise, the brother's murder and the man at work. The choir's east wall has images of the heir to Christ and the Evangelists. Stars and crosses are painted on the ceiling.
